We were told by the first technician that we needed a while new bering assembly. Parts were ordered and sent to our house and we scheduled an appointment. The two technicians showed up and realized that the drum assembly just needed to be cleaned not replaced. This probably could have been accomplished during the first visit.
Second: Scheduling was not what I would have expected. The person I spoke to on the phone was flippant and generally disinterested in answering my questions. We were told to expect the technicians between 0800 am and 1200 pm. The technicians were rescheduled to arrive between 1200 pm and 0200 pm. We were not notified of this change and sat around all morning waiting.
