Sangha Yoga

I’ve been to a number of studios, and in terms of the general personality of the business and the quality and range of the classes, this one is among the best. Excellent instructors. Wide variety from vinyasa, to hatha (my preferred style), to yin, etc. you’ll likely find something for yourself in this inviting space. There are fewer “yoga athletes” here than you’ll find in some other studios. This, thankfully, is not hot nor warm-room yoga which I prefer. I feel that a reasonably engaged asana practice generates more than enough body heat.

I am here for the week in Seattle and just took my first restorative class at Sangha tonight with McKenzie. I can definitely say I’ll be back as much as possible before heading back to Texas! I immediately felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. The space is beautiful and so calming.
