I live in Burlington, but have family on the Island, and always make a stop by Saars when I'm in town. I haven't found a good place to get good ramen and noodles in the Skagit Valley, and Saars has a wide selection of both dried and refrigerated noodles. I can also get spices, vinegars, rice crackers and pickled veggies there. It's not the tidiest or most "modern" feeling store, but they have a great variety of items, the prices are always fair, and it means I don't have to go father south for the same items.
