We called to cancel a tow we had scheduled for a couple days in the future. The dispatcher confirmed the cancellation, then they went ahead and towed the car anyways, and charged us $145 for a two block tow. When we called to complain, the dispatcher taunted us. It's a weak business staffed by people with poor character, and only survives in the face of better option by using fraudulent tactics.
