I called for a price range for a recently torn snowmobile seat (good foam) recover but was told they cannot give a range to bring it in. I brought it in (hour drive) and they pulled out a price book and gave me a range saying they didn't need to see the seat. Then a man asked me to show him. I closed my enclosed truck up and went back inside. He left to help another customer. I then had to show another man and reopen my truck. After this they couldn't give me a price and asked me to come back later after the guy who originally helped me got back from lunch. They left for lunch in the middle of helping me. So they sent me, a customer trying to spend money, away asking me to come back later after I had loaded up my sled and driven it an hour to get here. It doesn't matter how good your product could be with such poor customer service. Sad, I planned to spend $200-250 to get this done. I suppose I'll take my business to a company who cares. The products I saw completed looked good however.
