Ross Pacific Management and Ross Pacific Realty

I have only been renting through Ross Pacific for about 2.5 months now. However, The application process from start to finish was very prompt and fast. After move in, there were a few issues I had encountered, as soon as I called Ross Pacific, they had someone rush right over to my house to fix the issues. The vendors they work with are very professional. The reason for my 4 stars is because upon move in, I was told many things about the property, example- There's a sprinkler system during my viewing, at lease signing I was told there wasn't, I was also told that It's not a gas water heater, No gas line in the house, just small things like that. Well, when I moved in, I found out that I did indeed have a sprinkler system, I did indeed have a gas water heater, ect... Just the lack of knowledge about the property itself. OH! and you can't forget about the Mail Box fiasco! Ross Pacific had no knowledge of which mail box belonged to my rental and it took me weeks to figure it out. For the most part, I have not had any issues with Ross Pacific. The ladies were very prompt and professional. Things were very smooth going. Just wish there was more accurate information about the property I am renting and the Mailbox number was disclosed.
