Cassandra Webb is the most unprofessional and rude provider I have ever dealt with. As a medical professional you should want to educate and have a degree of empathy for your patients. Maybe if we were there to pay for botox, we would have received better care instead of being attacked because of asking questions. She wasn't interested in long term care, but instead wanted to do the same treatment that she had done before that didn't last. I have never been so shocked or felt so disrespected than my appointment today.
