Had the pleasure of dealing with travis today. My grams sink had been backed up really badly for some time, washer drained into the sink, had to use buckets to dump water, giant mess, absolutely horrendous. Called Robinson's and they said they'd come out this afternoon to see the problem and give an estimate. Came, found the problem, gave a reasonable estimate for her 50s house. Said he could do it right then. No appointment necessary, thank god. New machine wouldnt work as old old plumbing, brought out older machine, which my grams house tried effortlessly to break, sorry bout that Travis. Looked like might have to go another route but Travis kept trying for us, refusing to let the old house win. Eventually had to go up on the roof and try going through the pipes above, brave move man, brave move. However, despite the houses gumption to not cooperate, he got the leak out and everything now works. Amazing amazing job, very thankful. Travis was also very friendly, was a great conversationalist, and a massive pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this company and even more would recommend Travis for the job. I understand being busy, but telling a client you will be there within the hour and not showing up or calling to update and radio silence for three hours leaves a bad taste. After calling to further investigate, I was routed through a call service to an on call tech who said the other guy was still on his other job and he would head out as soon as possible. Hopefully we won't be charged any additional fees for their oversight and dishonesty. I'm sure I'll update as the story unfolds.
