Tamara was annoyed because I wanted to use the credit function of my debit card. Recent information indicates that the credit function using the chip on your card is less likely to be hacked. She was not happy even after I explained. Sadly when customers are treated as an annoyance because they are attempting to avoid hacking nothing is done about the poor customer service.
