Issue every single time..... you call prescriptions in through their automated system; go there hours if not a day after it's supposed to be ready, and it's not ready.... their lame excuse each time is that "oh was it through the automated system?". Yeah well I've called in directly to someone before just to be put on hold forever with someone who is very slow or doesn't know what they are doing.... just to show up and have the prescription still not ready when they said it would be........ this place has horrible customer service. No excuses when you can never have prescriptions ready on time once... no matter which method is done from customer... the worse part is they don't even say sorry.. once... it's not rocket science, the medication has not changed for years, the medicine, the dose, or the frequency... and refills are available and no insurance changes, so get it together. Last chance to get it right, if it will be messed up again, I'm done. Get some decent workers and meet your times, or expect many more negative reviews and customers leaving. Sucks to be treated like this when you've been using the same place for so many years.
