As a tenant, the services provided by this company were almost non existent. It took almost 3 months to have an appliance replaced that was broken the day I moved in. Phone calls, voice mails, and e-mails were never replied to. Those check ups they say they do never happened. Not once. I had neighbors smoking pot almost everyday. I feel sorry for who ever owns the buildings this company rents out. One of my neighbors had a dangerous issue with one of his appliances that was a major fire hazard. and had to fix it himself because they wouldn't do anything about it. I'd be surprised if my rental unit has even been inspected by them since I've moved. All in all it's a very sloppy outfit. I know I wouldn't trust them with any of my investment properties. It's a shame because the staff is very friendly. I imagine they have more rentals than they can effectively manage, but it's no excuse. I'm just glad I was able to get out of there before something else broke down.
