Took my phone here on 09/25/2017 and paid a total of $140.00 to get my phone fixed which is a lot of money for me being a single mom with very limited income. I had to get the screen repaired because the LCD was broken and the screen was completely black. Two hours later I put the phone to my ear to use it like normal and it cracked on the earpiece and shattered the entire screen. The earpiece is now not working so I can only talk on speakerphone!! I came back today 09/26/2017 to let him know what happened he told me that he could repair it for the same price!!! Really? I came back not even 24 hours later and I use my phone as its supposed to be used and you can't repair it for free?? It would be understandable if I dropped it, but I did nothing wrong.These screens aren't glass like they are supposed to be they are plastic and cheap! On 09/24/2017 I was there shopping for prices and I over heard the associate telling another customer about there "guaranteed warranty"....so I guess that only applies to some people. This is very frustrating and I would never buy anything from them again! Now I don't have a fully functioning phone. Thanks!
