Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center

Long-time customer of quick lane and a Ford owner. Very disappointed in the degrading quality and customer service. QL stopped taking LOF appointments and every time a walk-in is attempted it turns into a 4hr wait. This morning (8am) I was told 3hrs after the lady right in front of me was told 40min!! This is as after a phone call to determine wait time and a 30 min drive to stay loyal to Quick Lane and Ford. I’m done- I will find somewhere that values its customers and respects their time.
