Fantastic customer service. I had purchased a rental unit only to learn later day that my move date had changed. I feared I was stuck with a bill for a storage unit I wasn’t going to use. The area supervisor, Chuck, handled my concern quickly and refunded my lease. I won’t hesitate to use this storage company going forward because I know they have the customer’s best interest in mind.

I rented here for two months on a transition from one house to another. The desk gal stayed late to accommodate me as I was going to be later than closing time. She had all the paperwork ready to go and it was a quick process. Unit was clean and move in ready. I mean really what more can you ask for!

The people her are so awesome! Everyone, yes ever single person has been so accommodating. They went well above my expectations and I have pretty high standards working with the public myself. Tasha even searched other public storages in the area to see if they had the size unit that i was looking for which i thought would better fit my needs. She took the time to show me other units in comparison, that could work. Ultimately, I went with this location... Little more than I wanted and not the style I had hoped for, but the great customer service made me want to rent there that much more. Different day I brought a load in and had previous difficulty with the billing on my account. Steven didn't just send me away back to call customer service, he actually said he could fix it right there and he did. The manager needed to sign off on one part of the fix but was on the phone helping another customer out, so Steven said he'd get it taken care of when his boss got of the phone. He followed through just as he said he would.
