Providence Family Medicine - Indian Trail

I had an appointment for my daughter at 745 and will admit I ran ten minutes behind. I had my other small children with me and was extremely stressed from getting them all ready in the morning. My bad.Got there at 755. It was a follow up appointment so it would only take about ten to fifteen minutes max. HOWEVER...It took another five minutes until the receptionist checked me in. she then said it might be to late to check me in. Not my fault for being checked in after 8. Waited another 15 minutes...She said it will only be a few more minutes. Waited ANOTHER 20 minutes and still nothing. Saw people coming and going. I finally had to leave before I started cussing at how poorly we were treated there. I left at 835. I understand I was a little bit late however waiting 40 minutes is just plain wrong, especially for an appointment that takes ten minutes maximum. This behavior shows me lack of care and consideration for mother's with small children. Extremely neglectful. They don't care. The staff is not the greatest. Was much better patient care before they became a of Providence.
