The Preserve At Cedar River

Lived here a year. Within a year the entire management office turned. The new office staff were fine. My problem is the property and the way they nickel​ and dime you. Rent is crazy, $1900 for a 2 bedroom. Then parking is almost non-existent unless you pay an extra fee for a garage. You literally have to park on gravel or dirt sometimes. Not to mention the traffic at 140th and 169. You can't even make a left most of the time. Traffic is so loud you hear it all the time. Upon leaving and after cleaning the entire place I was still charged $225 in carpet and cleaning fees. Don't bother cleaning a thing, they'll still charge and take your entire deposit. I requested a walk through on the way out. The maintenance guy was a real charmer. Showed up annoyed and giving me an attitude. Made comments about being one of only 2 guys on the property and how hard his job is. Hey nobody cares that you're a loser. Get another job and don't bother me. I scrubbed the place down and he marked "dirty" for half of the apartment on the sheet. Just another big company that spends almost nothing to maintain the property or keep residents happy. Thanks for my $5.90 cents back you awful scam artists.
