I rented from this company for almost 3 years in two different properties. I remember reading reviews for this company before I started renting and they were all bad. I didn't think anything of it because we needed a place to move to. If i could go back I would take all the negative reviews into consideration. This company will screw you. They will take all of your deposit whether you deserve it or not and if your not renting from them again, they will probably try to charge you hundreds of dollars upon move out. There are some good reviews but they come from the home owners. Of course they have good things to say, they are the ones paying their mortgage with money the company will be stealing from you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
