Delicious delicious cheese steak. I mean, seriously. Begin with the best bread. That's the secret. Soft, flavorful bread that is shaped to hold all of the yummy fillings. Then add good beef. Not the cheap stuff that tastes of bad fat. Tasty beef, well-seasoned and grilled. And white cheddar. Onions, peppers, and mushrooms optional. Make it your own. Open wide and chow down.
