I would typically rate this location five stars, however my last grooming experience was subpar at best. I sent an email directly to customer service and received a call. I was advised they would look into the matter and get back to me. It has been about two weeks or so and I have not heard back. It is unfortunate that one employee’s poor disposition and rude treatment of a customer reflects on the company and can make a long time patron stop spending money at this store.
