Pallino Italian

Used to be a great family and take out option but not anymore. Portions have shrunk while prices climbed. Customer service is terrible. Employees are rude and refuse to help. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was no manager to talk to. She said she was supervisor and her inability to communicate in basic English totally messed up my simple order of spaghetti and meat sauce with meatballs. Palino’s Issaquah has been going downhill for a while but I kept trying. But I can’t abide rude, nasty service. I’m done.

I have been coming here since I was a child and they have always been a reliable staple of my hometown! They are always clean and fast and their food tastes great! Glad to always have this family favorite to go to.
