Not a fantastic park for the price. Had a reservation for 2 nights - the first night we stayed in a place with no shade. The next morning, we had asked if we could move to a different spot and were told it was no way possible, they were booked up solid. We went out to visit Mount Rainier and when we got back, they had given our spot away! They quickly found us a new spot even though earlier that morning they claimed it was impossible... The next morning, we were trying to hit the road first thing in the morning, and the women's bathroom was closed for cleaning. (7:30 am).
All in all, our customer service experience wasn't great, but they did have full hook-ups, free WiFi (had to ask for the password, it wasn't readily given when we checked in,) the bathrooms were well kept, and the showers were free (and warm).
