They have now had in their possession a package of mine needing to be delivered for 12 days!!! TWICE a no call no show on days they were supposed to deliver that I had to arrange four hours each time to be home for the delivery. A third attempt they missed the time slot we had set up, and couldn't deliver. EXTREMELY dissatisfied.... it's a good thing this package isn't for my business in which my income is reliant upon.... oh wait... it is
