Listen I live here and its by far the worst place. My washer has been broke for months everything brake really quick its confusing .. Staff is,rude especially the new ppl at the front desk ..they lie so much I had a bill posted on my door saying I owed 200 for water and sewer and I'm confused because I didnt pay that at the echelon there only one trash site..I went into the office she said 163...lol how?. No one is never in the office and I believe they only up that price because they're workers be stealing from them in there in the hole already so we pay ...I hate this place so much that in reporting them on post so we can get this place blacklisted ... The price here and the echleon are the same ... But the echelon is way more responsible and dependable ...

Will lie to you. That 300 referral? It is a lie. They won't pay you. Gates broken all the time. Not locked like they say then you park your vehicle outside and it gets broken into. Then they take your deposit and want more when the apartments are already shabby. Staff will not respond. Not staffed or monitored like they claim.
