Northwest Integrated Health

When I visited this facility, lets just say the bed side manners were terrible. I've never been to a Dr. office that treated recovering addicts as if they didn't have a say in what or where they received treatment. I was only there to have an injection done by the DR and that was not how the case was taken in. They wanted me to do IOP at their facility and I felt since I wasn't doing that, my after care needs weren't of ANY importance. This was the first place I went to for this, so sending in a student DR to talk to me was unacceptable. Yes I get they have to learn, however an experienced Physician should have accompanied them. That can scare someone who desperately needs help when they can't answer your questions and have to leave the room for assistance. I would NEVER recommend anyone who needs aftercare for drug/alcohol abuse to go here. My recommendation is Dr Espanol in Tacoma, he's very thorough and informative of the drug before he just gives it to you. Amazing bedside manners and politeness. He listens to you and truly cares about how you are in your recovery, not just after the money and pushing you through the system. If you chose to go here to Northwest I wish you better service than I had.
