Always friendly, helpful staff. I've never had problems with their work. I drop stuff off around 1/ month and the lady at the counter is great! If you are able to get a big load, there's a coupon on the back of your Safeway receipt that will save you money, also

Walked into shop to leave my clothes. Had to squeeze past a fan to get to the counter facing the clerk. Before I noticed, the clerk said "watch out, don't step there..they're putting new tiles down. That's why the fan's in the way." Very nonchalant. Left my clothes, stuck tissues on the bottoms of my sticky shoes to protect my car floor, went home and for the next two hours tried in vain to get the goo off. I didn't see any signs. Quite astounding! You go to the cleaners for cleaning, not to get messed up! They are so self-absorbed.#@$3?/!!
