These guys stole my iPad three years ago. I got it as a gift from my now estranged father while I was busy dealing with work and a life threatening illness. They never answered the lost and found line, but we traded numerous voicemails in which they said they had the iPad out and ready to ship to me. Alas, when we finally did connect at the 2 month 2 week mark, they told me they don't keep anything more than two months. "Sorry, we donated it". I couldn't really believe how blaise they were about taking my personal property. I gave them my phone number, address, drivers license, and credit card information. What was stopping them from caring? I had personal information on there I hadn't backed up yet; that's gone forever. The sentiment attached to it is gone forever.
Finally found my device's serial number in my sync history, though, so I can report it as stolen. Planning to survive/live as long as possible so I can pay their competitors on my business trips.
It's too bad because the older gentleman who worked the lot was always really nice. Car selection is fine. But I'm a damn sucker if I give these guys an opportunity to take my stuff again. What if this was my work laptop?
