Narrows Pointe Apartments

This is an older apartment but my experience has been pretty good. I do have really noisy upstairs neighbors, but that's just something that comes with apartment life. Other than that I have not had any issues. Every one is quiet and respectable. Deborah in the office is the best, and maintenance has been there within a day that I've needed anything. The apartment itself was very clean when I moved in! My unit didn't have a washer or dryer but laundry facilities are all throughout the complex and easy to access. This was one of the least expensive places to rent that is still in a great neighborhood. There's an elementary school in walking distance, parks every where, grocery stores, restaurants, and a gym all 3 minutes away. I have no real complaints other than very little guest parking, but that's basically all of Tacoma.
