NAPA Auto Parts - Chelan Auto Parts Inc

Called for a qoute yesterday. To see how much my list of parts would cost me. Guy on phone seemed irritated with me calling with list. And asked if i was going to buy. At that time yes i was. But once the question was asked. I responded with maybe. Had every intention of buying from them. Since i like the owner of the store. However the guy said he needed time to get everything together and to call me back. Never called me back yesterday or today. Just called over to Jerry’s Auto Supply in Chelan. Got the customer service I needed. Price of each item. Grand total of all items. And then what I really needed and don’t need. Spent $800 dollars there. That was money that could’ve gone to Napa. But when ya don’t get back to your customers and blow them off. The customer goes to another store. Who will take care of them. I’m not some young punk kid who’s never turned a wrench before. I ordered piston rings and what not. Hence i know something about turning wrenches. I will need more stuff and well i’ll alw Go with Jerry’s now. Unless y’all give me a free shopping spree. Of over $300. Since i know that won’t happen. I can confidently say I’ll never walk back into that store or call that store.
