I have called twice in effort to schedule an appointment, ultimately having to hang up without one. I have been a patient of Dr. Retailliau's for over 24 years and never once had a problem scheduling an appointment within a week or so. I was told to call a physician's referral line in order to find a doctor who would be accepting new patients. I am NOT a new patient!!! So frustrating. It feels like just because my doctor left I am being phased out. Very sad.
