MultiCare Centers for Occupational Medicine

I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because the doctors and only the doctors are the ones that actually care about the patients. The staff are extremely rude, unwelcoming, judgmental and are very, very unprofessional. They congregate at the front window with complete disregard to patient privacy. They lose forms claiming they sent them. They are unwilling to accommodate any requests, and puts the responsibilities of the patients need back in the patients hands. They barely answer the phones, and definitely don't listen to their messages, even if several messages for a return phone call have been left. This staff, in my opinion shouldn't be in their positons, and should be replaced. I've requested several times to not go back there, and somehow they try to lure me back, even though I've already gone to see a different specialist, within the same network. Until that staff is replaced, I would avoid this place at all costs. Even then, I wild still be leary due to management blind eye to the situations at hand.
