If I could give the Multicare Behavioral Health Clinic in Tacoma a negative star, I definitely would! Today was the WORST experience with a health care professional that I have EVER had. We were referred to this clinic so that my dad's health care team could get help in monitoring his prescriptions. The appointment was not only counterproductive but it also left me wondering why any medical professional would refer a patient to the doctor we were assigned. This was an awful experience with this clinic--needless to say, we are in the market for a doctor who treats patients and families as valued partners in their health care management. Helping our dad, who struggles with mental illness, is a priority to our family and we were hoping to get help from this clinic and that is not what we experienced. We are disappointed beyond words with what happened to us today.
