A great experience. I found mode via Google, and just got a good vibe from them. I called with some questions and got the owner, who was so sweet in the phone, and she put my fears at ease. BUT the cherry on top was Shiloh. I couldnt have asked for a better person to do my first wax. She put me at ease, was so nice, was quick, and very efficient. I will definitely go back.
