Clinical skin care is excellent thus the 4-star rating. Unfortunately, calling in to discuss upcoming appointments, billing, or other needs is very weak. Not unpleasant just weak. No one is available when you call and often you'll get a busy signal. I love the smiles at the front desk on arrival. Must be a very popular office.
