MetroPCS Authorized Dealer

I don't know what it is about Oak Harbor stores but I've had nothing but problems with this store along with a few others. I was lied to charged more than I was told it would be. Then when I said I didn't want what they charged me 60$ for the employee opened a drawer an tossed a 10$ bill on the counter at me. I work in the customer service industry an anyone knows that isn't how u treat customers period. I'm looking for another phone company I would rather go without a phone then deal with the phone stores on this island. If u do not like ur job I should never know that being a customer of the company u CHOOSE TO WORK FOR. I hope that the manager does what should be done but I really don't have any faith in that. Hope the 60$ extra u charged me was worth it.
