Horrible attitude and unhelpful. "Public Servant" acts more like the public exists to serve them. Typically attempt to collect money from the individuals that live and work in the community and then pass off questions and concerns to the state agencies. That way any mistakes made by the multiple layers of government can be passed off and not addressed. At the end of the day in order to be treated like a "customer" and/or tax payer......go somewhere else.
