I came in to get my fluids changed on my vehicle... after spending three hours in the lobby my car was 'finished'. They told me I needed my fluids changed and some other stuff done to my rear differential... that's cool because that's what I asked for not for you to be the third person to tell me I need my fluids changed. I guess thank you for the 90$ oil change! I'm not trying to knock this company but I wasn't even written in for an appointment when I made one earlier in the week.. like two days before. Maybe they were having a bad day or communication issues. I would love to give this company a good review but I left the establishment less than satisfied.
