If you want terrible communication, disorganization, and constant errors, these are your people. I started the process in March with them, and was told the work would be done before 4th of July. They just finished it yesterday, at the end of October.
Be prepared to be on hand all the time, and babysit them as they will constantly make errors, incorrect measurements (My shower was going to have a wall a few inches from the shower door) and schedule inspector and other contractors and not tell you. I had to call for updates, and often they would tell me they were too busy with other projects to give me updates or schedule someone.
They don't read spec sheets or even follow instructions. I spec'd out everything and drew up plans, which they threw out and decided, I wanted things like a different door that opens a different way.
My scheduler, I can't really call him a Project Manager, was terrible. I had to manage him to get anything done, and every time I complained to him or someone else, nothing could be done, constant excuses. They can't even communicate among themselves in their own office.
I'm sure this company only exists because they can sucker money out of insurance companies. Would not recommend.
