Whoever was driving their truck NB I-5 on 4/24/17 about 4:30pm was jawing away on a cell phone and not paying attention, and nearly clipped the front of my vehicle. I have video of this, as I have a dashcam. The entire time I was behind him he was jawing away on a cell phone.
