I have always had pretty good experiences here. However, the last time I lost my ticket, and I know it's my fault for losing my ticket, but it took 2 phone calls by me, and 30 minutes at the counter before my vehicle was found. They entered my plate wrong into the system so they couldn't locate it when I told them the plate digits. Then the keys were in the van because they had to move my vehicle earlier in the day because they had parked my car in and needed to move it to get the other car out. So the last 10 minutes I was standing there they had to sift through a bucket of keys to find mine. I moved to them because their location is much more convenient than other parking spots, but the last experience was a bit of a bummer. I will probably go back.
