Massage Envy - East Vancouver

Horrible service! I scheduled a massage for my wife in her birthday … was told it I cancel same day i had to pay 50% of the cost. The morning of they call me to say, "sorry we have to cancel." Zero sympathy and absolutely no willingness to give any coupons for a future visit. So I pay 50% if something comes up but they could care less if they have to cancel. I'll never do business with these guys again.
