●Terrible location.
This place is located in the spot where the smell of the mushroom farm sits. In the summer you can't open your window in the evening because the whole apartment will smell.
●Horrible management.
The management here takes time out of their day to put invitations on our door for little events they have at least once a week. But when there was going to be construction work being done on our building at 9am not even an email or a call. The workers were literally knocking our stuff over in the shower from how hard they were hammering. My daughter of 11mo had been sick all night and had finally started to catch some sleep when the banging started.
●The trash!!!
The trash situation keeps getting worse and worse. Pretty soon the unwated wildlife is going to start showing up. There're only 2 dumpsters for 3 buildings. Which means they get over flow in 3 days after they get picked up. There is trash everywhere. And all management has to say about it is look for another place to throw trash away. And continues to charge us more each month.
●Parking!
Only a few parking spots around the building. And all are 1st come 1st serve. For 3 buildings. They did not think it through. There are at least 2 times the units than parking spots.
