Clearly the reviews are left by friends and employees... As, we ordered, full price, no coupon or meal deal the deep dish half and half and crazy bread. The first pizza was doughy.... So, I called. And, the manager said that they required the receipt AND ID?!?! Why ID??? I understand receipt, but, why ID? Its pizza....
Well, clearly places don't consider gas, time, etc, as they simply remade the pizza... No free crazy bread or anything...
Plus, the second pizza has almost NO sauce, cheese or toppings, and looks like they jumped on it them reboxed it...
They lost a 200$+ a month customer.
Gross, lazy, ugh...
