Friendly and thorough staff... I recommend this hearing place for kids

My wife and I suspected our son, who has some sensory issues, either has a hearing loss or other auditory issue, so we took him to our health care providers in-network audiologist. Their booth was very small and the audiologist was not good with kids, all of which made for a bad experience and an "inconclusive" result. We found Link Audiology online, and had a good feeling about it. Dr. Grolley was very professional and knowledgeable. Thier booth was roomy and comfortable, and they were very patient with our son, all of which made for a much better experience. We found out my son does have some hearing loss, which was difficult news. Dr. Grolley was compassionate and listened to all our concerns and questions with genuine interest and had some great suggestions. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Link to anyone with children, and certainly those with sensory issues.
