Horrible. Do not get your taxes done here. Very unprofessional. I would explain my reasoning but it would take way to long. I will simply put, they do not keep appointments that they make. Horrible customer service. Just go to H&R Block. Way, WAY better. I just saved you a massive headache. You are welcome.
