I will admit, I was somewhat apprehensive about bringing my vehicle to Terry with some of the negative reviews on here, but my car is older ('02) and not as complicated as some of the vehicles belonging to those that have left bad reviews.
What I can say, is that he found issues that Tire Rama dismissed, like broken CV boots, axles, and a ball bearing that was so far gone, I shouldn't have been driving on it. He fixed all of it at market price (I checked pricing for parts and labor online and he was spot on) and it has worked ever since.
I've also had two fuel leaks, which he promptly fixed and gave me a great deal for; considering how much money I've spent with him in the last two months, this was very gracious of him but not required.
Lastly, because of my close proximity to his shop, he gave me a ride to work a couple of times so I could leave my car with him for the day. At the end of each of these days, my car was in good enough shape to be driven home and brought back the next day, so I was never completely without a vehicle for very long.
I feel bad for those that maybe had a bad experience, but Terry gives the kind of customer service that most shops are not capable of, because he runs a small business. This is just my experience, and maybe not representative of everything Terry does, but my experience leaves me with nothing but good things to say about this shop.
