We never enjoy going here for glasses. My husband's glasses took over two weeks and mine was shipped to the wrong store. We kept being told we would get a call, but I came into the store and my glasses were there with me never receiving a phone call or text. The sales girl is very annoying and never stopped talking to my husband and I while we were waiting for the other woman to fix my husband's glasses to fit him correctly. She was so annoying my husband later told me his glasses didn't feel right but he couldn't stand staying there any longer. I was told at this LensCrafters by that same sales girl they couldn't do the glasses I had because the frames were cheap (I almost laughed out loud). So I get most of my glasses done at pro-optix in the same mall and love them over there! Such great service at pro-optix. I have great oversized funky glasses now ;)

Good service, it just takes awhile to get it. So you're left standing around for awhile sometimes, even more than 20 mins. But the workers there are really nice and helpful. Very pricey, I use to go there whenever I needed new frames but I think for my next frames I'll be going elsewhere.
