We have used Lawn's Plus of Walla Walla for several years. This year, they asked if we wanted to add aereation to our annual contract. Sure! When they arrived to provide the service, they could not get the machine through the gate--too wide. Our lawn mowing service previously had no difficulty with their smaller machine. I told the Lawn's Plus folks not to worry, just bill us for half (front only) the yard. No deal! They would reduce the billing by $3.00, from $48 to $45. No convincing him to be reasonable. Neither we or my parents will be renewing our contracts next year.
