Timothy, Tom and the rest of staff are very, very experienced motorcyclists, a much, much higher distinction than "bikers". They are sincere and friendly; no high pressure selling at all, and patiently helped me find exactly what I wanted. Locally owned business; great, sales, parts and service. By the way, the workmanship of the Oxford heating grips they installed looked like factory OEM. Nice that there are a few great, long-lived Honda/Kawasaki dealerships like them still around in our north Seattle neighborhood! Buy local! It is so great to be back in the saddle!
