The maker went over to Europe in WW1 saw this, was inspired by it and the possibilities of what it meant and decided to come home, make one, and dedicate it to 13 locals that died during war. This place has amazing views, an amazing story, and so much more. I recommend coming here and paying respects and taking in the awe that is this place.
