Kiwi Lawnmower & Chainsaw Repair

Zero stars is more like it. Kiwi had our weed eater and generator for three weeks and I had to call them to see if the repairs were completed. I was informed the weed eater was done, but it took them all that time to realize they couldn't find a serial number on the generator to order parts. The serial number was in plain sight and i found the parts list for our generator online in less than 10 minutes. We went to kiwi because we heard from a friend that they received their lawn mower back fixed and all cleaned up too but our weed eater was not cleaned at all. Oh, and they tried to sell my boyfriend a new generator to top it off! I'm taking the generator to home depot tomorrow and never returning to Kiwi.
